The Evolution of Value
The Technical Foundation
My journey in technology began as an Oracle Database Administrator, where I worked behind the scenes ensuring that critical ERP systems ran reliably. I was deeply involved in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle databases supporting IFS Applications. This role taught me the importance of stability, performance, and security, while giving me a strong technical foundation in how enterprise systems truly operate.
Bridging Tech and Business
As I grew in my career, I moved closer to the business side, taking on a role as a Technical Consultant for IFS Applications. Here, I began working directly with users and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and translating their needs into customized ERP solutions. It was in this phase that I learned how to bridge the gap between technical systems and real-world business requirements.
Expanding the Horizon
This naturally led me into a Functional Consultant role, where I expanded across multiple domains—from Sales and Distribution into Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, and Manufacturing. With each module, I gained a deeper appreciation of how businesses operate end-to-end, and how ERP systems can unify and optimize these processes.
Enterprise Transformation
Over time, I broadened my experience by working with various ERP systems across different organizations and industries. This journey eventually brought me to SAP ERP, where I combined my technical and functional expertise to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. I learned not just how systems work, but how to apply best practices across platforms to drive meaningful transformation.
Leading the Charge
As my responsibilities grew, so did my role as a leader. I began managing teams across different IT functions, mentoring individuals, and building high-performing teams. I focused on creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement—ensuring both project success and team growth.
The AI Frontier
Today, my focus has expanded into the world of Artificial Intelligence, especially Generative AI. I am passionate about exploring how AI can enhance productivity, automate repetitive work, and support better decision-making. Whether it’s building tools or integrating AI into workflows, I see technology as a powerful enabler to create real business value.
